I am very proud to present this set. Out of 27 icons in this post, the majority (#8-#27) have been made from photos taken specifically for this purpose.
These are all icons of words; or, more accurately, of photos of words. The majority are Dickinson (#7-#14) and Shakespeare (#15-#25), though we also have a bunch of Tori Amos (#1-#3) and a Tennyson (#6). You may notice there's a missing number in there; #5 is of a very well known Israeli children's book, Dira LeHaskir.
